Magnolia Women’s Recovery Program is an innovative community based organization that treats pregnant and postpartum women for chronic substance abuse addictions. Located in Southern Alameda County, Magnolia is the only residential prenatal program of its kind in the area. Since its inception in 2002, Magnolia has served approximately 200 homeless women who are experiencing substance use issues.
Magnolia treats pregnant and postpartum women, by using experienced experts in the field of alcohol and drug addiction. Magnolia facilitates family reunification, and aims to restore the dignity and self-esteem of mothers as they prepare to be caring, responsible parents and community members.
In 2010 alone, Magnolia helped 28 pregnant women deliver healthy babies with no pediatric complications; we assisted 16 of these mothers reunify with their older children and families; and have maintained their commitment to sobriety to date.

We are asking you for a tax-deductible donation of $35, $100, $250, $500 or more so that you may take part in our mission to assist pregnant and postpartum women to heal emotionally, physically, and spiritually from substance use so they can be better parents to their children.
