Title: Resident Monitor

Report To: Executive Director

    Responsibilities:
  1. Attend weekly meeting with Executive Director to review. Update, change and implement new procedures
  1. 1. Monitor budget and expenses
  2. 2. Attend quarterly Community Advisory meeting
  3. 3. Attend staff meetings and other agencies workshops, which will facilitate the meeting of all reporting requirements.
  4. 4. Maintain and adhere to all Federal and County regulations client-reporting requirements.
  5. 5. Fulfill tasks the supervisor assigns to meet deadlines and requirements of all agencies and organizations
    Qualifications:
  1. 1. MA or equivalent experience in chemical dependency; Minimum of eight to ten years sobriety, if the person is chemical dependent
  2. 2. Ability to judge and follow through on all program objectives
  3. 3. Ability to supervise and training counseling staff. If necessary
  4. 4. Experience with alcohol/drug recovery facility setting and an understanding of the programs philosophy
  5. 5. Be able to assist and work with other personnel/staff
  6. 6. Current CPR and First Aid certification
  7. 7. Readily available to transport when an automobile is required for transportation, must have a valid California driver’s license and proof of automobile.
  8. 8. Documented completion of orientation to D & A Policies and Procedures.
  9. 9. While employed must abstain for Alcohol (i.e.: on the job) and any illegal mind altering chemicals.
