Meet the Magnolia Staff

Linda Stewart, MA Psych

Executive Director/Project Leader
Linda graduated with a BA in Psychology in 2001 from Holy Names College in Oakland, CA, where she received the Fontana Award as Outstanding Adult Student. She completed her MA in Counseling Psychology in 2005 at Argosy University, Point Richmond, CA, where she is presently studying for her EDD in Counseling Psychology.

Linda has served as Chapter President of the National Honor Society of Psychology, as a Board member of the Dual Diagnosis Advisory Board, and on the Executive Committee for the Alameda County Alcohol and Drug Providers Commission. Linda has worked for over nine years in the field of substance abuse recovery and with AIDS clients. She currently provides management support services for caseloads averaging 65 clients monthly.

Vicky Luckett

Program Director
Vicky has served as Project Director and Case Manager for a number of recovery and mental health programs and has over ten years experience in counseling clients in life skills, substance abuse, and HIV/AIDS issues. An expert at multitasking and crisis intervention, Vicky provides case management support services for caseloads averaging 45 clients monthly. She is currently earning her AA degree at Contra Costa College.
