Meet the Magnolia Staff

Linda Stewart EdDI/MFTI/CCHT

Executive Director
Linda has been working for Magnolia since its conception July 2003. Linda graduated with a BA in Psychology in 2001 from Holy Names College in Oakland, CA, where she received the Fontana Award as Outstanding Adult Student. She completed her MA in Counseling Psychology in 2005 at Argosy University, Point Richmond, CA, where she is presently studying for her EDD in Counseling Psychology. Her affiliations are Hayward San Lorenzo Rotary, California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Women Psychology Association., National Association of Professional Women, and Association of Multicultural Education, CAADAC. Also, she is a Board Member for, Alameda County Alliance Drug Alcohol Provider, The Chabot Foundation, and the San Leandro Arts Council.

Vicky Luckett

Program Director
Vicky has served as Project Director and Case Manager for a number of recovery and mental health programs and has over ten years experience in counseling clients in life skills, substance abuse, and HIV/AIDS issues. An expert at multitasking and crisis intervention, Vicky oversees program operations.

Rockell Harris

Administrative Assistant
Rockell is a Magnolia graduate who volunteered her services as Magnolia’s Administrative Assistant for a year to demonstrate her commitment to Magnolia. She is our Alameda County Co-Occurring Change Agent representative. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Debra Hayes

Resident Monitor
Debra is an Magnolia Alumni who has joined our staff in support of Magnolia’s Mission and Philosophy to support women in reclaiming their lives.
